The Diet Delights website i.e. https://diet-delights.aiminfosoft.com/ (“Website”) is owned, hosted and maintained by Diet Delights (“We/Us/Our”) having its registered office at Qatar. The Website provides its users (User(s)/You/Your) unique diet programs and an interactive platform. The following terms and conditions and any amendment or modification made thereto, govern the use of this Website and any content made available from or through this Website.

By accessing this Website, the User warrants that the User has fully read and understood these T&C and agrees to be legally bound by these terms and acknowledges unconditional acceptance without limitation or qualification of these T&C. We may change these terms at any time without any prior notice in writing or otherwise to the User, by posting changes on the Website. The User may review these terms regularly to ensure that the User is aware of any changes made by us. The continued use of Our Website by the User, after changes are posted means that the User agrees to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended. In the case of any violation of these T&C or any additional terms posted on Website, We reserve the right to seek all remedies available in law and in equity for such violations.

Eligibility

The User must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to register an account or purchase a subscription. Accounts created on behalf of a minor must be managed by a parent or legal guardian.

Account Registration

The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity carried out through their account. The information supplied during registration — including contact details, delivery address, allergies and dietary preferences — must be accurate and kept up to date.

Subscriptions and Payments

Meal plan subscriptions start on the date confirmed at checkout. Prices, plan durations, meal counts and delivery areas are those displayed at the time of purchase and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through our authorised payment gateways; We do not store your full card details.

Deliveries

Meals are delivered within the delivery window selected for the User’s area. It is the User’s responsibility to keep their delivery address, contact number and access instructions current, and to be reachable during the delivery window. Meals left unattended after a delivery attempt are consumed at the User’s own risk. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside Our reasonable control, including weather, traffic restrictions and public authority action.

Pauses, Changes and Cancellations

Requests to pause, change or cancel a subscription must be submitted through the app, the Website or Our support channels within the notice period stated for the relevant plan. Requests received after the cut-off apply from the following eligible delivery date. Refunds, where applicable, are issued to the original payment method.

Health Disclaimer

Our meal plans, calorie counts and nutritional information are provided for general wellness purposes and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Users with allergies, medical conditions, or specific dietary requirements should consult a qualified healthcare professional before subscribing, and must declare all allergies and intolerances during registration. Our meals are prepared in a shared kitchen where allergens are handled, so We cannot guarantee that any meal is entirely free from traces of a given allergen.

Acceptable Use

The User agrees not to misuse the Website or apps, including attempting unauthorised access, interfering with their operation, scraping content, or reselling meals or subscriptions without Our written consent.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Website and apps — including text, recipes, images, logos and software — is owned by or licensed to Us and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the amount paid by the User for the subscription giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing Law

These T&C are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of Qatar have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
